¾ cup breadcrumbs 

¼ cup grated parmesan cheese 

1 tablespoon olive oil 

1 clove minced garlic 

3 tablespoons fresh herbs (of your choice)

Preheat your oven and set it to 400°F. 

If you do not have breadcrumbs available, you can use a slice of bread and put it in a food processor or blender to make fresh crumbs.

Cherry and cocktail tomatoes can be baked whole. If you prefer Roma or plum tomatoes, stem them first the cut them in half. Remove all seeds using a spoon.
